Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Garlic Bread!
I made this over the weekend, and it was really good! It makes a great appetizer, or is perfect for a party. It's also very easy to make, and pretty quick too. Serves around 15.

Ingredients:
1 large Italian roll.
1 package of cream cheese.
1 can of artichokes.
1 package of frozen spinach.
1/2 package of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon of butter.
1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic.
1 teaspoon of parsley. 

Directions:
Combine cream cheese, artichokes, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Use a mixer to blend together well. Cut roll in half, and hallow out the inside a bit so that you are able to stuff it. Stuff the two halves with the dip. In a small bowl, melt butter. Mix parsley and garlic in the butter. Drizzle over the bread. Wrap the bread in tin foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, and slice! Enjoy!
