Quick&Easy Corn and Potato Chowder!

Mmmmmm....chowder! I love chowder, and this is a way you can make it last minute for a quick and delicious meal!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of butter.
1 small onion.
2 potatoes.
1 can of vegetable stock.
1/2 cup of water.
1 can on corn.
1 cup of milk.
2 1/2 tablespoons of flour.
Salt and pepper.

Directions:
Chop one small onion. In a small skillet; on medium heat; melt 1 tablespoon of butter. On low heat simmer onions until transparent. Stir occasionally.
Dice potatoes. Boil 1 can of vegetable stock, adding potatoes.  Turn down heat, and let cook until potatoes are tender.About 20-25 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of water or more stock, if the stock starts to evaporate.
Add corn. Don't drain the corn.
Add a half of cup of milk.
A teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Stir in flour 1 tablespoon at a times. Stir well.
Add the rest of the milk.
