Mussels in a Butter Parmesan Sauce!

Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • Mussels
  • Salt and Pepper 
Directions:
Rinse off Mussels.
In medium skillet on medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Add in 1/3 a cup of Parmesan cheese.
Stir.
Add mussels. I much prefer to buy the mussels without the shells or remove them myself.
The mussels will absorb much more of the flavor this way.
Add 1/4 of Parmesan cheese, a teaspoon of garlic powder, and a teaspoon of salt and pepper each.
Stir and heat until warm.
Serve with bread to dip into the sauce!

Baked Eggs and Potatoes Recipe!







Hey guys! Long time no blog, huh? Sorry about that, but I'm back with a really good and simple recipe. My family and I love this and it's so easy to make!
Lets get started!

Ingredients:
-Eggs
-Potatoes
-Butter
-Garlic
-Parsley
-Sharp Cheddar cheese
-Feta Cheese (Optional)
-Salt&Pepper


  • Dice Potatoes. (You can really use whatever kind you like.)
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a hot oven safe skillet.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add Potatoes and stir around.
  • Let cook for a few minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, and parsley. 
  • Form a circle with potatoes, leaving the center empty.
  • In the center, crack an egg.
  • Remove from heat and place in the oven.
  • Cook fro ten minutes and then add the cheese. Any cheese will work. I used sharp cheddar.
  • Remove from oven when the yolk is hard and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with Feta cheese if you like.
  • Enjoy!

There you go, super simple and extra yummy!
