Mussels in a Butter Parmesan Sauce!
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Rinse off Mussels.
In medium skillet on medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Add in 1/3 a cup of Parmesan cheese.
Add mussels. I much prefer to buy the mussels without the shells or remove them myself.
The mussels will absorb much more of the flavor this way.
Add 1/4 of Parmesan cheese, a teaspoon of garlic powder, and a teaspoon of salt and pepper each.
Stir and heat until warm.
Serve with bread to dip into the sauce!
